Several white wines from Rueda and red wines from Ribera del Duero stand among the favourite wines at ‘Mundus Vini Summer’ and ‘China Wine & Spirits Awards’
La Seca, 8 September 2022. – The renowned German contest ‘Mundus Vini Summer 2022’ and the international competition ‘China Wine & Spirits Awards 2022’ have just awarded two new recognitions to the brands submitted by Bodega Cuatro Rayas.
Thus, the cooperative winery adds to its already large list of triumphs six gold medals awarded to the following wines: Cuatro Rayas Cuarenta Vendimias Ribera del Duero 2020, Cuatro Rayas Organic Tempranillo 2021, Hombre Pez Verdejo 2021, Cuatro Rayas Viñedos Centenarios 2021, Cuatro Rayas Cuarenta Vendimias Verdejo 2021 and Cuatro Rayas Cuarenta Vendimias Ribera del Duero 2020.
In their respective editions, both international wine contests gather various prestigious tasters, which in the case of the German contest demonstrate its impact with more than 11,000 wines submitted each year. For its part, China’s most renowned competition, the ‘CWSA’, carefully selects 100 judges among the major wine and spirit buyers within this market.
