In the origins of our winery, the first members made wine in their homes and then unified it in the cooperative’s warehouses. According to local tradition, at that time there was a rumor that the best and most special of those original blends was obtained in tank number 61, which today gives its name to an entire family of products that ranges from traditional traditional wine to elaborate trendy like frizzante or the vermouth.
