In addition to this commitment to its partners, the main wine cooperative of the DO Rueda has shown its sensitivity to the surrounding labor market with other actions such as its refusal to join ERTE last April for social responsibility and for not add economic burden to the State in the midst of a health crisis. The president of the cooperative stated at that time that «In recent years our strategic plan has defended that our main objective is to improve the standard of living of our partners and workers, and that is why the Governing Council has decided to maintain all the jobs in our Cooperative, as long as possible, despite the fact that the sales situation is not as expected ”.
