    ’61’ Dorado en Rama obtains the highest recognition of the German contest -Gran Oro- and in its success it is accompanied by four other wines from the winery: Amador Diez 2015, Amador Diez 2017, Caballito de Mar – Gold medals- and Camino del Sur – silver medal -.

    La Seca, May 12, 2020.- The Frankfurt International Trophy has made public the results of its 2020 edition – held in the German city from which it takes its name last April – and in which more than 2,600 wines, beers and spirits from 39 countries participated.

    The 271 experts responsible for the tasting have recognized the quality of five wines from the Cuatro Rayas cooperative winery from Valladolid, granting them different awards in this edition of the contest. Among them, it is worth highlighting the obtaining of a Great Gold by ’61’ Dorado en Rama -safeguard of the Palomino grape in the DO Rueda- and the two Golds with which the 2015 and 2017 vintages of Amador Diez have been raised – the product More artisanal and exclusive from the winery: made with grapes from a selection of the ten best pre-phylloxera hectares located in Segovia and Valladolid, with manual harvesting and organic treatments, vinified with the aim of promoting longevity and bottled and labeled by hand -.

    The set of medals obtained by Cuatro Rayas in the Frankfurt International Trophy is completed with the Gold and Silver medals obtained, respectively, by the Verdejos Caballito de Mar and Camino del Sur, thus highlighting the quality of all the ranges of elaboration of the La Seca winery.

    ’61’ Dorado en Rama obtains its sixth consecutive great recognition
    The Great Gold obtained in Franckfurt is the sixth exceptional award for the quality of ’61’ Dorado en Rama, after winning the Gold in Bacchus, Berliner Wine Trophy and Mundus Vini and being scored with 91 Parker and 94 Peñín in its last publications.

    This generous wine is made by combining the Verdejo grape – the most characteristic of the Rueda designation of origin – in equal parts with Palomino Fino, a grape condemned to disappear – since its plantation has been banned – but of which the La Seca cooperative cares for vines. centennial with the aim of continuing the original elaborations of the area.

    La Seca, 12 de mayo de 2020.- El Frankfurt International Trophy ha hecho públicos los resultados de su edición 2020 -celebrada en la ciudad alemana de la que toma su nombre el pasado abril- y en la que participaron más de 2600 vinos, cervezas y espirituosos provenientes de 39 países.

    Los 271 expertos responsables de la cata han reconocido la calidad de cinco vinos de la bodega cooperativa vallisoletana Cuatro Rayas concediéndoles distintos galardones en esta edición del certamen. Entre ellos, destaca la obtención de un Gran Oro por parte de ‘61’ Dorado en Rama -salvaguarda de la uva Palomino en la DO Rueda- y los dos Oros con que se han alzado las añadas 2015 y 2017 de Amador Diez – el producto más artesanal y exclusivo de la bodega: elaborado con uva procedente de una selección de las diez mejores hectáreas prefiloxéricas situadas en Segovia y Valladolid, con vendimia manual y tratamientos ecológicos, vinificado con el objetivo de favorecer su longevidad y embotellado y etiquetado a mano -.

    El conjunto de medallas obtenido por Cuatro Rayas en el Frankfurt International Trophy se completa con las medallas de Oro y Plata obtenidas, respectivamente, por los verdejos Caballito de Mar y Camino del Sur, poniéndose así de manifiesto la calidad de todas las gamas de elaboración de la bodega de La Seca.

    ‘61’ Dorado en Rama obtiene su sexto gran reconocimiento consecutivo
    El Gran Oro obtenido en Franckfurt es el sexto galardón excepcional a la calidad de ‘61’ Dorado en Rama, después de alzarse con el Oro en Bacchus, Berliner Wine Trophy y Mundus Vini y de ser puntuado con 91 Parker y 94 Peñín en sus últimas publicaciones.

    Este generoso se vinifica combinando a partes iguales uva Verdejo – la más característica de la denominación de origen Rueda – con Palomino Fino, una uva condenada a su desaparición -ya que tiene vetada su plantación- pero de la que la cooperativa de La Seca cuida cepas centenarias con el objetivo de continuar las elaboraciones primigenias de la zona.
